Blessing Our World With Unconditional Love

It's not about us against them. Men against women. Women against men. Republicans against Democrats. We all need to wake up my brothers and sisters. We are all human beings living on this beautiful planet Earth together, as one big dysfunctional family and it is time we all start holding hands and giving each other a leg up as we learn to evolve in peace and harmony.

No human is an Island. We need all the pieces of the puzzle to come together to help one another raise the consciousness of this planet in order for the human race to survive and in turn blossom in a way that has yet to be experienced.

Yes, there have been the existence of highly conscious human societies before us, such as Atlantis, from where we are now learning their wisdom and where science is confirming through documented evidence that humans have lived way before we have ever known. Not 6000 yrs ago but greater than 12,000 yrs ago. During the civilization of Atlantis humans destroyed themselves as is in our nature. So we may learn and grow from their mistakes and celebrations and not repeat history again.

Everything happens in its perfect order with reasons we do not always know? Atlantis and its demise causing a society to spiral down from a high spiritual vibration into a lower physical vibration, is part of that perfect order for us to not only experience our truth through the existence of opposites (fear vs love) but experiencing the integration of all that is, into unity, wholeness, oneness. Grounding this through our human body and knowing the Universal truth of who we really are from a depth not known before, in the history of human kind.

This is such an exciting and perfect time to be alive. You are perfectly where you need to be right now, reading this blog post.

Your uniqueness is very important to all of us globally and needs to be celebrated every step of our human evolution. So find creative ways to celebrate often with friends along your spiritual path.

It is critical now more than ever that we all work together sharing what we know and what we love.

The tragedy in Haiti is a perfect example of how a crisis brings us together like never before, cracks our hearts open for us to love unconditionally and the ability to give without another thought. The result being, that in us giving of ourselves, we receive much more than we give. Fulfilling us in ways beyond words.

This is the kind of heart that gives us hope and is the very thing that will save us and gives us a leg up to  a world that shares and loves unconditionally. This is more than possible and the time is now.

We are at a crossroads. The choice of what you do with this information is up to you. Doing nothing is a choice that is yours to make. We have many choices. We have been given the gift of free will.

We came here to create from our absolute potentiality, a formation inclusive of unconditional love and bundles of intelligent energy, that of which we all are.

Life here on Earth is not meant for punishment and to experience hell. It is a matter of waking up to who you really are. There is no need for you to be afraid. Turns out you are magnificent and the clouds just need to be parted.

We came here to really engage in our life and plant our presence firmly into the ground. Heaven on Earth is happening right now. It does take some courage to consciously choose a spiritual path, especially through relationship. You will be amazed and fun is a part of it, I can promise you all this.

I am here to tell you with what you learn through your challenges has huge pay offs, so use them wisely. You do not have to do it alone. I have positioned myself in such a way that I can help people get through this faster and easier than it was for me. In such a way that you will have the tools to move along your own path the way you desire to create it. You will have the skills to do this without ever be alone again. I will guide you to the point where you will be able to fly off on your own and blossom.

I have learned so much and I want you to know as much as I can share. The key is to experience it for yourself.

We have embodied this spiritual experience through being human. The illusion throughout history that has caused more pain and suffering than anything else, is that we are separate from one another.

The truth is, we are all a unique magnificent piece of a puzzle that is apart of a plan grander than ourselves.

We all have a our individual responsibility to make a difference in making the world a better place to live. The beauty is, it is by being who we really are and making that bigger, by aligning it with your truth, that will have its most powerfully loving impact by bless the world the most.

There has been no better time in history than now, to live what you are most passionate and enthusiastic about. This goes beyond your five senses, expanding from your heart that gains access to more than what you can see, hear, taste, touch and smell. You gain access to the infinite abundance of all that is and it becomes second nature with practice and courage.

"Follow your bliss!", stated by Joseph Campbell, in my opinion encompasses all the wisdom of what we came here to do as a human race. When you follow your bliss you share your love authentically without an agenda. By sharing your love unconditionally, this radiates from your core, filling you up in turn, in a way that we all yearn for. You not only bless yourself with unconditional love you bless the world because there is a dramatic ripple out effect that is beyond our understanding and can be felt deeply by many all at once.

Detoxify For Body, Mind, Spirit and Attraction

This is the best time of year for me to do a detox on my body. It allows me to let go of all the little goodies of the holiday season that I consumed happily and joyfully.

I also know that all this wonderful inner work and self discovery that I have been doing on my journey can be let go mentally and spiritually and sometimes held onto physically.

There is nothing more important than your health and tuning into your body and listening to what it will tell you. Your body is the most important vehicle you will ever own and travel in.

Mine was telling me that my body was holding on to some old memories that were no longer serving me. I could see it in my body shape. It was not me.

I am not a believer of dieting, ever. Diets do not work. The first three letters of diet say it all. Your body thinks you are dying and finds many ways to store fat to protect you from dying by starving yourself to death.

I see detoxifying as a great way to love yourself by letting go of toxins we cannot help but take on in this harsh environment that we all live in.

The average person holds onto 25 pounds of toxic waste material in their bodies. Yikes! This does not sound attractive.

I thought that because when I had my babies and became more sensitive to becoming hypoglycemic, that I could never fast or detoxify. Well I was wrong thankfully about this.

Thankfully because what I find during the detoxifying process is that right away I feel extremely healthy and re-energized. It's like a way to reboot myself and have cravings for healthy food that is real.

I consider myself a healthy conscious eater and have been since the age of 14 years. Even so detoxifying helps me feel at my best. It helps me tune in to what my body truly desires.

I have done the detox where you drink a lot of distilled water along side with a concentrated lemon water (distilled) with real maple syrup mixed in about 1/4 -1/3 cp per gallon of water. I drink this combo for 3-5 days. As I get hungry I drink the maple syrup mixture, which tastes good and I am never left hungry.

Real maple syrup is used because it does not spike your blood sugar. This is very important. The ideal is to never spike your blood sugar which when kept on an even keel allows the fat to fall off of you and you become the size you were always meant to become. Spiking your blood sugar causes you to crash, as well as your vessels spasm for hours after a meal which in turn causes hardening of the arteries and the start of many of the degenerative diseases that take the lives of so many North Americans.

Also I take herbal detox pills that help scrub the bowel as never before. This is important to know because 99.9% of all diseases start in the bowel. It is important to rest your bowel, which will never happen unless you intentionally rest it because eating is something we all do often and never allow it to completely take a break and really clean it out.

Many think you sit on the throne the whole time and won't even go near the idea of detoxing because this is what they believe it to be. It is not like this at all. In the medical community they say having a BM every three days is normal. In the alternative naturalpathic community they say a BM after every meal is normal. You decide for you. It depends on your diet.

I worked as a RN at a spa one year and was the head of the detox department there.

Last year was the first time I ate while detoxing. I love eating, so I prefer this way over the other. I took the herbal detox pills you can buy at the health food store for 14 days. I made sure I had cut up vegetables and fruits for easy access throughout my day. I drank water with real lemons diffused in the water often.

It is like a reset button for the new year.I want to exercise regularly and choose healthier foods all day long. I detox  a couple times a year and some experts recommend 4 times a year, with the change of the seasons. I recommend you tune in to your own body and do what is best for you.

I saw a difference in my body shape and the way I felt in two days. I feel terrific and love how I look. My body and all of my cells hear everything I tell it. What are you saying about your body? It reacts perfectly to what you tell it.

Make this the year for really getting to know your body with gentle, loving self care, fitness and beauty, perhaps?

I just learned a really cool secret that I read about and want to share with you now. The University of Ohio did a study on Safflower oil. Just by a person taking 2 tsp of Safflower oil a day( which is tasteless) lost noticable pounds of belly fat without dietary changes or extra exercise. With a healthy diet choice and a healthy amount of exercise increased made even more of a difference with a decrease of their belly fat.

Safflower oil not only decreased belly fat but helped protect from heart attacks, strokes and decreased cholesterol considerably. It metabolizes the fat in a way that keeps it from becoming stored belly fat. It targets the belly for some reason.

When you start back on your balanced renewed diet it is important to drink a lot of water, get enough fiber in your diet, omega three oils for your heart, acidophilus for your gut and bacterial enzymes for proper digestion. Supplements are very important to get the essential dietary needs each day. Protein is important for muscle a bone growth. Fruits and vegetables. Stay away from nonfoods that are highly processed and when you can, organically grown is the best.

Please research what detox method is best for you and if you need to, tell your doctor so they can monitor you closely. For some people food is an addiction and fills an instant need, that in the long run does not serve you in a healthy way. It is ok to reach out for help.

Listen to your body closely and give it what it wants, has blessedly always worked for me. It can work for you too with practice. Be mindful of what you it in the moment is best. You are what you eat in many ways that effect us, in body, mind, and spirit.

I have a great process that has helped many people devise a plan for a healthy fit life that was uniquely best for them and allowed for a gradual lifestyle change that they have continued to stick with for years and feel great about themselves.

Loving yourself shows and is most attractive in the most authentic way which is more of who you really are.

Dance For The Sake of Dancing

I have had some very interesting things come up for me, since my last post.

When my very first subscriber unsubscribed after her reading more than 88 posts, so much came up for me. This person helped me create my blog and told me to try new ways of delivering my message every once in a while.

She said she unsubscribed because of a change in format because of my prior post of a sensual dancer.

I started to doubt myself but at the same time stuck with this process of letting go of what no longer was serving me.

I recognized that she was my teacher in learning about blogs and represented an authority figure. So when she unsubscribed I felt confused, betrayed, I was doubting myself, I felt that because this blog represents who I am, I felt rejected and hurt. I was feeling disapproved of and judged.

One post that she disapproved of and she was outta here.

So when I became fully aware of all of these old familiar patterns that I have held on to for so many years, I realized what a blessing this was because it also reconnected me with the reason I decided to start writing this blog.

I have so much to share with you to help you on your magnificent inner journey.

In the last blog I added a youtube video of a woman, a polished performer and athlete in her own right. I  thought her to be amazing in what she was able to do so fluidly with such strength, in this pole dancing contest in Australia. 

It was so sensual, strong, fluid and sexy. So beautiful and amazing to me. It is Sacred Divine Feminine energy.

I could not have described this to all of you if I tried in quite the same way and saw it as an incredible way to express that this too is in you waiting to flow through you and take you to places within yourself that you may never have been before?

The first time that I started belly dancing was when my teenage step daughter begged me to meet her at a belly dance class. I almost did not go because earlier that day I had a rare headache.

I napped and awakened to a phone call from my daughter pleading me to meet her. I checked into my body and realized my headache was gone. I knew this would be a perfect way to bond with her. So I went out into a sleeting storm and that night tapped into a whole new belly dance world that I had no idea existed.

I tapped into an inner fire within myself that allowed me to express this beautiful Divine Feminine energy in a way I had never known before.

I can't tell you all of what this did for my soul because it goes beyond words. To be able to move my body and express myself in this very beautiful and sensual, feminine way, helped me let go of all the lies I had ever believed, that others had told me as a child, that I choose to believe because I was a sensitive sponge that believed everything that others had told me about me.

The unconscious lies that we hold on to are what create our world around us and how we perceive it and believe what is true.

Belly dancing helped me feel so great about my body as I know it has done for so many other women as well. The Sacred Divine Feminine comes in so many beautiful shapes and sizes. No need to compare yourself. We are all beautiful and Divine.

It is a great work out and so fun to put on a beautiful costume from Egypt and perform on stage with your other beautiful female friends doing the same. I highly recommend this experience, especially if it feels like a bit of a stretch for you. Take a friend and have fun in a class and see what transpires within.

I know the holidays are coming up and are full of emotional triggers for many of us. I owe so much of me being able to stand in the power of my authenticity mostly to dance. when I first started I got in touch with the small box I had put myself in. Which made me very sad at first, but this awareness also allowed me to empower myself my tearing down the box and expanding my truth.

By turning on some music which makes my body want to move and by dancing in my front room with the large mirror there allows me to tap into childlike joy. It brings me back to when I was a girl and would pretend to preform for hours with a pretend microphone. It takes me to a world of belly dance where my fire within is activated and I am open to receive Divine Feminine energy to move and express myself in a way that feels good.

Sometimes I get triggered with an overwhelming emotion that comes up. That's when I dance with that part of me. That part of me that I may never have loved because someone told me it was 'bad'. Perhaps feelings of shame may come up around being a sexual being, because someone said it was 'bad' to have those feelings.

To be able to accept and love all the parts of you is what makes you most attractive. So by not talking about sensuality and sexuality on a blog about relationships and dating would be a disservice and would be represented as the elephant in the room.

I was abused as a little 3 yr old girl. I know that many of my readers have been as well because in this society child sexual abuse exists. In 1984 it was said to be that 1 in every 4 girls is sexually abused. Everyone in my nursing school put there hand up when asked.

I believe it is 1 in 3 now for girls and 1 in 4 for boys. If I can help just one person know more of the truth of who they really are through the power of dance, then I have been of service to my people.

This is what fulfills me the most with love. Being in service for others. Helping others get through experiences that I have been through and have gotten to the other side by flourishing and nurturing my blessed life. Understanding that the trials and tribulations give us character where we know our courage and our strengths, where we had not before.

Dance has helped me create a safe place for me to express and know who I really am. This is priceless.

I have come a long way baby! I find myself with a forgiving, peaceful and loving heart, open and expanded.

Divine Feminine energy is what will heal this world that we live in. The more people that can embrace this energy and hold it within there bodies, the more we will heal humanity with love and light. We will see the world from a global viewpoint. What energy I put out will come back to me tenfold and effects everyone in someway. We are all one, on this beautiful planet that we call Earth. We are all in this together.

Cultivate And Nurture Agape Love Within

There are so many changes shifting right now on this planet, that can cause you to lose your footing and not recognize what is going on because it is happening so fast.

Some of you may feel lost, fearful and depressed and not knowing what to do about it?

I want you to recognize that no matter what is going on outside yourself there is a part of you, you can always count on that never changes.

You can neither give it away and feel a sense of loss nor can it be taken away from you. It is your Divine self.

 It can not be destroyed. It is omnipresent and omnipotent.

It does not matter what you have done Agape love is yours to enjoy 24/7.

Agape love is unconditional. You do not have to earn it. It is you.

It will always seek for your highest best no matter how others may respond.

Agape love is based upon giving through sharing and knowing you already have everything and have nothing to lose.

Agape love acknowledges that we are all connected and can only move that thing amongst ourselves, but never outside, so we never lose it. Everything is simply shared.

Everything is in harmony in the spiritual world and nothing else exists.

Agape love asks for nothing and gives everything. This is our inheritance simply because we exist.

This world is full of fear and gives us the feeling that we are separate form this Divine love. This is all an illusion.

Learn to really embrace this truth within ourselves first.

You are Agape love and always will be for all of eternity.

My friend Jennifer, recently went to a conference in Las Vegas, NV and met this man who inspires people with his music in a very unique way. His name is Paul Hoffman and he composes his songs from a very deep heart felt level that has a way of touching others in the same way.

He has a very specialized niche where he sells his music with very profound messages in them and depending on the intention will motivate you into action by filling you up with energy and enthusiasm to get the project done with ease and grace. Sounds good doesn't it?

There's Always a Way

   

Good Morning and Great Day...

How many times have you said to yourself...."How am I going to do this?"
This is a perennial question to all of us. Where have you gotten stuck in your thinking
and by buying into your stuckness have let opportunity pass you by because of some fear
about not knowing enough, being enough, didn't know where to begin, weren't quite ready,
and on and on. The only way to reach the goal you set for yourself is to begin it NOW
by taking a first step towards it no matter whether you know the final answers or not.
Action will create momentum and momentum will create an ability to forge through any adversity you perceive is in your way. Just remember one thing There's Always a Way for you to have all you desire.

The answers are right within you so stop telling yourself you can't and start telling I CAN!

Everywhere you are there is a power and presence that is aligned with the magnificence of who you are.

This power is infinite in its wisdom, imagination, creativity, and desire to bring out in you the best that you can be. No matter what may appear on the surface, you have all the tools to have and build the LIFE you dream about. Remember one thing, you wouldn't be able to dream something if you didn't already have that dream inside of you. It is so easy to give up and throw in the towel when you come up against a challenge you think is insurmountable. That's the very time you must ramp up your desire for success and find the ways you need to turn those challenges into opportunities. You can do it. An Attitude of Gratitude

I am so grateful for my friends and my family and all the love and support that they give me.

I have been on such an interesting a beautiful journey lately having a lot of fun with friends.

My most favorite thing to do is get together with a small group of intimate friends and celebrate lunch or dinner together. Either at someones house or at our favorite restaurant. Usually Sushi. Yum!

Two of my friends most recently were married with plenty of opportunities to celebrate and meet new people as well.

I feel so fortunate and grateful because all we do is laugh while we eat a great meal.

We laugh and we laugh and we laugh. It is the best medicine. All those endorphins racing through your veins giving you feelings of euphoria and bliss.

I am also grateful for all the gifts I am receiving lately. I feel truly blessed.

It was also my birthday recently.

I will be going to Belize in March to swim with the dolphins and rub the bellies of the Manatees.

A small group will be gathering on our own little Island with morning meditations, trance dancing and fire ceremonies with Shamans.

It is a spiritual retreat that one of my friends is gifting me. I have known her for a very long time.

What a generous gift. I am so excited to look forward to such an amazing adventure and a radical spiritual awakening.

There is something about a new fresh perspective with brand new eyes that is the gift of being a miracle.

Whoo hoo!

When I am in gratitude I feel so filled up and alive. When in gratitude I notice the universe gives me more to be grateful for.

What is in your life right now that you are grateful for?

I invite you to start a gratitude journal and come up with 5 things each night before going to sleep that you are grateful for from that day. Include all the free things you were given, that sometimes we take for granted.

This is a habit worth cultivating, that can transform your life in ways you have never know.

Increase Vitality By Clearing Space

Fall has once again arrived. I love this time of year, with the cooler temperatures and the brilliant colors of all the leaves changing all around me.

Like last year I look out at my gardens and see there is work to be done.

Now mind you there are not as many weeds which makes it not as scary, where I feel I need to hire someone this time.

Yes, I have procrastinated much like last year and it feels very different this time.

I feel motivated to get the job done. I know what I will feel on the other side of my hard labor. A deep satisfaction.

As the leaves fall away, so is it time to let things in my life fall away that are no longer serving me.

Time to let go, purge and clear the way!

As I reflect back, I am in a very different place from where I stand now and from where I stood last year at this time.

I have really come a long way. My outer world reflects that.

This weekend I will go out and start pulling each weed, enthusiastically focused on each moment before me.

As if it all really matters. That is because it does. This is my life.

I will get on a roll until my gardens are weeded and my flowers cut back, in preparation for the winter months.

From experience I know I will enjoy every moment of it and there will be positive transformation because of my awareness in the now.

I am energized just thinking about the joy of getting outside in nature and tending to my garden.

Anyone need some weeding done? ;-P

I will of weeded, metaphorically, energetically and literally.

I know this to be true.

I feel the shifts for the positive already.

I am so pleased and looking forward to all the new things that will show up in my life because I cleared some space for new things to come in.

I will joyfully allow them into my life.

Soon I will be golfing and camping in the Southern Utah desert with friends, for our biannual trip to the desert to nurture my soul.

There will be much laughter as there always is.

I will be one year older and so grateful to be alive.

I am looking forward to hiking and exploring with a new surge of energy and vitality.

I highly recommend you clearing space, by cleaning your house, purging stuff you no longer need or weeding your garden thoroughly.

Hint: No multi tasking allowed. ;-p

The experts are now saying that by doing one thing at a time the task becomes much more efficient and productive with anything you do.

Next will be a thorough fall cleaning of my house, including the garage.

If you do not absolutely love it, get rid of it.

Each time you pass by your garden or open that closet you have just cleared and cleaned, you will literally have a surge of energy come over you.

The opposite is true as well. The clutter and your unfinished projects and tasks will drain you of your energy each time you notice it.

By clearing the space you invite new things to come into your life.

Do We As A Society Value Speaking The Truth Enough?

Do we?

We as a society are literally dying to tell the truth. Lying to others and to our selves compromises our immune systems, increases our blood pressure, and riddles our bodies with disease.

Do not underestimate the power of a lie.

It tears people apart and makes old worlds crumble.

Is this still OK for us to carry on lying and deceiving one another knowing its destructive power over our relationships and the life we live?

Where does change start?

It starts with you, right now, taking responsibility and loving yourself enough to make a decision today, that you will always tell the truth.

When on a date or communicating with the opposite sex on an online dating site, there are no exceptions.

You do not have to tell all, but be honest. Your choices have consequences that effect your destiny in each moment.

Stand in your integrity, aligned in your truth, is most attractive and draws people towards you because they get a feeling they can trust you.

You can not be in your integrity some of the time and not all of the time. Just like you can not tell a version of the truth.

There is a part of you that always knows the truth and if you ignore your gut feelings and go against what you know is right it will work against you somehow, quite often making you ill.

There is a tribe that exists that when a tribe member is sick they all gather together at a meeting spot.

They surround this person with love and they allow this person to speak their truth out loud in how they may have felt harmed by someone or may have hurt someone elses feelings.

Then all the members of this tribe stay with the person that has been sick until they are again well.

Wellness is the normal homeostasis for all of us.

I think this story of the tribes people is very telling.

Next time you catch yourself about to tell a lie, stop and rethink it without judgment, then lovingly tell the truth for your health and well being ness.

We are all one. How you treat another is how you treat yourself.

There is a collective consciousness that creates and effects us all.

The truth will set you free.
