What is the meaning of true beauty?
As you travel around the world beauty to one culture is different to another and how beautiful and rich that is in making life a very interesting place to be.
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
We are in the process of shifting the definition of beauty in the media. It is about time.
Beauty is all around us and comes in all shapes and sizes.
Real beauty is found inside each of our hearts when openly shared with others.
Practice by opening up your heart and sharing something that is your truth with others.
Observe the response you get and how you are feeling in that moment. Make that feeling bigger and repeat.
Listen to others carefully and see the beauty inside the hearts of others.
Ask:
What is it that you loved to do as a child?
What is it that you do when time becomes timeless?
What do you do that generates energy with in you?
