I hope your Holiday Season was full of love and joy.
I took some time off and found myself reflecting on my life and feeling so very grateful for my family and friends and all the love and beauty that surrounds me. It is such a beautiful time to be alive.
Are you already making your list of what you want to accomplish for the New Year? What about giving thanks for what you accomplished in 2009?
The most powerful exercise that I have ever done for the New Year has not been to state my New Years resolution but to write a detailed recollection, month by month, of all the things that I accomplished the previous year.
I was in awe and simply amazed with myself in a way that brought me to a very positive place in the now where all the power exists to create. It was in a way I did not expect to get so much out of, with this exercise.
It is a fabulous experience that I highly recommend you experience for yourselves.You all are amazing and it is important for you to give yourself credit where credit is due.
I am sure if you ask yourself what you could be grateful for, you will be amazed also at the many things you will find to be grateful for. You will be surprised when you look back and realize that those things you experienced as terrible, were the perfect thing at the perfect time, for you and everyone else.
Gratitude will put you immediately into a different vibration, so that you can attract what is right and perfect
in a much easier way.
If you concentrate on what the next year will bring, you miss the opportunity to be present now, and to let go of whatever it is not working, so you can start lighter and easier...
Your job is to be conscious and observe. Be willing to be kind with yourself and don't punish yourself by thinking of what you could have done better. You can not change what has already happened.
Just be willing to let go of everything that is not working for you, right here, right now.
Commit to let go and let God during this New Year so you can do it the easiest way.

May this year envelop you in love, light, health, happiness, joy and playfulness.
May all your dreams come true.....
May you allow everything that does not serve your Highest good to gently fall away.
May the blessings of the season be with you all year long.
May you allow the beauty of your soul to shine through into your life on a day to day basis.
May you be all you dream of being.
May you flourish and lean into your life with the determination and grace that God allows.
May abundance of time, love, money, energy and support be yours.
