Nurture, Rejuvenate and Allow

I have been immersed in the 40day and 40night program for 16 days now.

I have been clearing out all kinds of energy that is no longer serving me at an intense level these days.

The experience has been nothing short of amazing.

I feel that I have grown so much in such a short span of time.

The reason why I have not written very much lately is simply because I have committed myself to doing this inner work for me.

I have organized my schedule so that I have plenty of time for me to let go, nurture, allow, integrate and rejuvenate this energy.

I have been stepping into more of who I really am more and more.

I have been blessed with much clarity and blessing along the way.

Wednesday is, "All about me day." My children know it as well and know to let Mom alone so she may do what ever she feels like.

This in turn, models for my children the importance of taking time out to honor and value your own needs, so as to fill yourself up first in order to have an abundance of your special energy to share with others, easily and with grace.

So today is all about me day and my children are camping in the Southern Utah desert where I will join them for a long weekend.

The desert provides a spiritual place for me to continue this nurturing, rejuvenation of energy and allowing what is to be.

Also to be grateful for my beautiful surroundings and what I have in this moment right now.

Ahhhhhh! I already feel like a new person and i hope this inspires you to take the time just for you.

I recently heard that you sold 12 paintings in one day and I say wow and congratulations from a huge place in my heart.

We as humans in the past have added layers and layers of other meaning to money, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts which all create your reality unconsciously. All adding up to an ugly monster that does not serve you and can sometimes harm you.

 It holds you back from creating your dreams.
