Knowing Your Worth is Knowing Your Truth

When confused quite often it does not occur to the person, "If I am present in all of my experiences, perhaps I am involved in creating my pain?"

It is so much easier to project pain onto somebody else than to pull it back, own it, feel it and let it go, without resistance.

Awareness of a problem and owning it means you are 90% there.

When we become aware in the present moment without judgment, instant transformation is possible.

Everything is energy, including romance and love and the flow of money.

Surrender your flawed thinking and get out of your own way. This intention is huge and very powerful, energetically.

Having an attitude of curiosity is best to allow new ideas and things to come into your life and integrate.

Pain signals that you are telling yourself lies.

Become aware in that moment of the patterns that are limiting you and your potential. What is it that you are telling yourself in that moment?

The ideal in relationship is for both individuals to take full responsibility for their behaviors and actions.

Responsibility is the ability to respond from a place of positive power.

This in turn gives you clarity of mind on what your truth is.

This brings you closer to knowing the next step to your wholeness and knowing who you really are.

This is courageous work that you not only do for yourself, but for your children, the people in your life and your ancestors.

There is a ripple effect, radiating outward and blessing those around you.

There are many benefits and rewards for doing this work, an inner peace, joy and harmony are a few of the gifts you receive.

It all comes down to; your worth is your truth and self love will determine your destiny.

The Universe is unwavering here, so claim your courage and discover there are better ways of being in this world that feel more solid and stable underfoot and more peaceful within yourself.

With a willingness to walk your path, what you thought was impossible becomes probable, just by adjusting your course and aligning with your truth.

With faith miracles and magic happen.
