I have been procrastinating weeding my garden for a long time.
I tried hiring someone, they quoted me a price and never showed up.
I think it looked too scary?
Today I went out and started pulling each nasty thistle out, enthusiastically focused on the moment before me.
As if it all really matters.
If I didn't get on a roll and voila, my gardens are all weeded.
I actually enjoyed every moment of it, like never before. This really works.
I am energized.
Anyone need some weeding done? ;-P
I weeded, metaphorically, energetically and literally.
I know this is true.
I feel the shifts for the positive already.
I am so pleased and looking forward to all the new things that will show up in my life now because I cleared some space for new things to come in.
I will joyfully allow them into my life.
That night I belly danced fully expressing myself in the moment, which is a beautiful way to move my energy.
I woke up early the next day, headed to Southern Utah for some early afternoon golf and then off to meeting friends on our biannual desert camping trip close by.
I ended up laughing the whole weekend with friends.
We hiked and I was aware of this new surge of energy and vitality that was there with me the whole time.
This was a fine way to spend my birthday weekend all filled up with many places to go, and explore with many things to share.
I highly recommend you clearing space, by cleaning your house, purging stuff you no longer need or weeding your garden thoroughly.
Hint: No multi tasking allowed. ;-p
The experts are now saying that by doing one thing at a time the task becomes much more efficient and productive with anything you do.
If you do not absolutely love it, get rid of it.
Each time you pass by your garden or open that closet you have just cleared and cleaned, you will have a surge of energy come over you.
The opposite is true as well. The clutter and your unfinished projects and tasks will drain you of your energy each time you notice it.
By clearing the space you invite new things to come into your life.
Let me know what you experience by commenting? I would love to hear about your aha's around this topic.

That is absolutely true..what we shall feed ourselves are the things that we really need not what we just wanted to have..Yes we are too selfish at times that we refuse to give up on those "wants"..We should humble ourselves..Open our hearts more to things that could make us better persons..
