"We practice the Art of Allowing. Which means reaching for the thought that feels best, not the thought that is the real thought, not the thought that is telling it like it is. Telling it like it is only holds you where it is: "Damn it, I'm going to tell it like it is. I'm going to tell it like it is, because everybody wants me to tell it like it is." Tell it like it is if you like it like it is. But if you don't like it like it is, then don't tell it like it is--tell it like you want it to be. If you tell it like you want it to be, long enough, you will begin to feel it like you want it to be, and when you feel it like you want it to be, it be's like you want it to be."

It is so important to realize that we are not our thoughts, that we are the awareness behind the thoughts.
This is good news. If you have thoughts like I do sometimes they come in to the mind and are really bazaar.
Yikes! What was that all about? :-O
Just notice. Do not judge. Be gentle with yourself. Breathe. Let it go.
Sometimes just our awareness alone is all that is needed to allow for transformation within us, without us having to do anything.
I am serious. It can be that profound.
Where your attention goes gets bigger. So if you are not your thoughts, then you get to choose what thoughts you give your attention to.
Choose thoughts that support you in your own truth and self defining life. Bring focus here. Keep bringing yourself back to the moment that is always perfect.
You get to decide.
Let your thoughts that would never serve you drift away like a cloud in the sky, moving, changing and transforming exactly as it is supposed to be.
What thought feels best?
Yes, that is the one. Go with that one. Go with the thought that aligns you with the life you desire to live now.
Sometimes we get a thought and we create a whole story that goes along with it, stirring up a whole lot of unnecessary negative emotions.
These are called old thought patterns that repeat themselves over and over your whole life until you become aware of them.
These are what are creating what you do not want to manifest in your life, but is exactly what keeps showing up.
Guess what? This is exactly why your life is not quite how you truly desire it to be.
This very act of becoming aware changes the energy pattern so it will never again be the same.
Just by doing one thing differently changes everything, much of the time, bringing clarity to the situation.
When dating on line there are a lot of emotions that get stirred up while communicating with several of your potential candidates.
1.Become aware of them.
2.Step back.
3.Become the observer.
4.Scan your body. Where do you feel that feeling in your body?
5.Breathe it through.
6.What thoughts are supportive? What thoughts are not?
7.Reach for the thoughts that support you and focus.
Maybe it would be helpful to have a list you could easily keep near you?
When you are communicating with the opposite sex that list lists all of the positive qualities that you have that would make someone else's life a delight for having spent time with you.
Focus on that truth.
When I first started on line dating, my mind had a field day. So many lies came up. Now I reach for the best thought.
This is always supportive to me and creates a space that is much more of an attractive place to be communicating from.
Attractive is where you want to be coming from when dating.
You define what you want to create for yourself and reach for that.
You are the awareness behind the thought!
What do you think of that?
Comment with a thought or two and inspire us if you so feel inclined. :-) Mahhhvelous Dahling!! :-p
