Dance Away Overwhelm

I have worked in a nursing care facility as a RN, with the elderly community.

The reason I am telling you this story is because for the first time in my life after 21 yrs of nursing I was feeling overwhelmed with all the corporate paper work they kept piling on us.

Giving out 15 pills to one person in the am does not align with me anymore. I was not enjoying my job, which was very unusual for me.

I wanted my coaching business now.

Reality showed that now was not the time.

I thought what am I doing? I want to teach people how to stay in the flow of the moment and here I am feeling stuck, frustrated and miserable.

So I got back to the grass roots and asked myself, why did I get into nursing in the first place?

That is easy. For me, it is the heart to heart connections with people that lights me up and fills my heart with passion and love.

So what I started doing that connected my heart to their heart was, to dance and sing while giving out the pills.

Listen up 101

One of the most important tools for communication with others is listening.

True blue listening which is an active practice that most of us up to this point do not do very well at all.

I have a friend who will ask me a question and then turn a way, like he does not care to know the answer. It is clearly unconscious behavior on his part. I do not take it personally.

Many of us women think we are good communicators because we are more connected naturally to our emotions.

The truth is true listening takes practice and once learned properly can transform your life forever.

When practiced can solve 99% of most of your relationship problems from this one very important skill.

This is the perfect skill to get a lot of practice in while dating.

You not only give them the gift of listening like no other person ever has, you become very attractive to others because of you being fully present with them.

Yes, this is a skill that instantaneously brings you fully present in the moment where all the magic and power lies in creating your tomorrows.

Now, is all there is.

Eckart Tolle stated on Oprah's revolutionary New Earth Webinar, "To stay present in running your own race now. That desiring to win something in the future, only drains you of the energy needed to win in the moment."

Ego love is impatient.

Your Ego says," Where am I in all of that?" (the beingness in all of that?) Always trying to make sense of the world.

Become friendly with the present moment at all times where instant transformation is possible.

True listening is such a gift to give to another.

Allow Your Thoughts and Reach for the Best

It is so important to realize that we are not our thoughts, that we are the awareness behind the thoughts.

This is good news. If you have thoughts like I do sometimes they come in to the mind and are really bazaar.

Yikes! What was that all about? :-O

Just notice. Do not judge. Be gentle with yourself. Breathe. Let it go.

Sometimes just our awareness alone is all that is needed to allow for transformation within us, without us having to do anything.

 I am serious. It can be that profound.

Where your attention goes gets bigger. So if you are not your thoughts, then you get to choose what thoughts you give your attention to.

Choose thoughts that support you in your own truth and self defining life. Bring focus here. Keep bringing yourself back to the moment that is always perfect.

You get to decide.

Let your thoughts that would never serve you drift away like a cloud in the sky, moving, changing and transforming exactly as it is supposed to be.

What thought feels best?

Yes, that is the one. Go with that one. Go with the thought that aligns you with the life you desire to live now.

Your Truth and Who You Really Are

 As you move along this spiritual journey of yours and start to really tune into your own truth. There are parts of you that you have become very familiar with, that start bubbling up to be let go.

These parts come up in a way that can be energetically felt somewhere in the body usually. Many times it manifests as the feelings of anxiety. This is a blessing.

As a child you perceive different events in your life through the eyes of a child. When something happens to you, perceived as traumatic in some way, a part of you split off from itself and is repressed.

This part of you is usually the most spiritual part of you that steps up and says, " I will take this pain from you so you do not need to deal with it right now."

The shadow parts of yourself are your allies and guides to remembering who you really are. These shadow parts are a worthy opponent that can stir the beauty of balance and magnificence inside you.

There is always the truth waiting for you there and the gifts that are authentically you, to be revealed.

There is no greater mirror than the reflections through the relationships you have that are mirrored back by the people in your life.

People mirror back your own perception of yourself.

I tell my ex that he is a huge blessing in my life because he mirrored back to me all that I needed to see within myself, more than anyone.

This allowed me to awaken to knowing the magnificence of who I really am.

You are the director in your own movie. The people that come into your life are perfectly mirroring what you are energetically projecting out into the world.

Once you pull back your energy and own your own stuff, taking 100% responsibility for your own behaviors, is the moment you take back your power.

That part that split off from your self as a child lets itself known, bubbling up to let go of what is not you.

You awaken for the first time in this moment, to this beautiful spiritual part of yourself that you have not been aware of before and you know something that you never knew before about who you really are.

It is truly miraculous and so beautifully set up.

You are what you decide you are now.

Start with the intellectual truth that you were given birth through the image of your creator. You are perfect unlimited love.

This in itself is an awareness that will help clear the way of everything that no longer serves you and supports you in a positive healthy way.

Everything will be revealed in perfect timing, that is not really you and will fall away once you become aware of the truth.

This at first can feel uncomfortable and unsettling. Trust the unfolding. Do not judge. Allow. Be loving and gentle with your self. Breathe.
