What is it that you truly desire?
I just watched this amazing movie, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. It is a touching true story of a man who had it all and suddenly had a stroke that was deemed very rare by the medical community.
He was left completely paralyzed except had the ability to blink his one eye. He could not speak but knew everything that was going on around him. They said he had locked in syndrome.
He found the courage to overcome this adversity through his vivid imagination and wrote an autobiography about his experience.
He was forced to look back and see the incompleteness of things left unsaid or undone.
This really got me thinking of how important it is to live and love your truth now.
He saw that he was unable to love the women in his life the way he would of liked.
Getting really clear on what you want is the first step in tuning in and awakening to those unconscious parts of yourself that you have been running on autopilot that are creating your reality.
By getting clear on what is most important in your life you pave the way towards the direction you will take.
You will create healthy boundaries in their place that really honors you first and gives you the freedom you yearn for.
If what presents itself does not align with your truth, body, mind and spirit, then those people and those things no longer get to come along. Sometimes those relationships need to be redefined or let go.
In relationships with others and in the dating world there are triggers that become the perfect mirror for knowing the next place you need to go within.
From a place of honoring and valuing yourself, you get to know more of the truth of who you are and discover more of what it is that is most important to your hearts desire.
This is done by letting go of what no longer serves you and moving forward at the same time.
What is born is the miracle of new perspectives and clarity on what is next. You always have a gift that is yours that is revealed in that shadow place and the truth is there waiting for you to know.
Be open, aware and curious in spotting old unconscious patterns that are the driving forces for self destruction and sabotage in your everyday life.
As you become aware this becomes your sacred work that keeps you growing instead of stagnant in your own muck and mire.
Get out of your own way and trust the unfolding as you evolve as a better human being.
Be very gentle and loving here. Love is what is big enough to get you to the other side of your fears faster than any other way through.
When you become aware of something that needs changing, love and accept it exactly as it is first. It served you well and kept you safe as a child. Now it must be let go with gratitude.
Start now by connecting to source, grounding yourself and listening.
If you were forced to look back on your life like the man in the movie, what would you need to do now to create the life you desire with deliberate intention.
Write out 5 intentions as if they already are happening and commit to that. This will help you align to a life full of life.
