Scientists now believe our cells could live and grow in the same healthy manner as when we were in our 20s!
Do not buy into the notion that you must age!
Each cell in your body has it's own brain.
This is why it is so important to release all self depleting, self defeating, self destructive thoughts and actions about your body once and for all.
I say to my friends and co workers after they have just put themselves down, "Your cells just heard that!" They laugh and think I am weird and I am serious.
Lately they seem to be kinder to themselves, now that I think of it. They know they will not get a way with that around me.
I desire everyones uniqueness to shine through.
Your body replaces itself every 7 yrs where it is a completely different body. Some organs replace themselves every 3 months. Your skin is always sloughing off and renewing itself daily.
You can stay young forever as long as you revere yourself and do what is best for your body everyday.
If your self talk is positive and appreciative of what you have now your body will be listening.
Your body is made up of mostly water. If you have ever seen the movie What the Bleep.... you will remember the Japanese Dr that did an experiment on the effect words have on bottled water when crystallizing.
The water that had the word love and thank you taped to it were extremely beautiful crystals and the ones with negative words were ugly and chaotically formed crystals.
Imagine the effect words have on your body?
The experts say that it is the little irritants in your day that create the most severe havoc on your body and its systems. This is worth noting and taking heed.
Be grateful for what you have now.
If you are healthy be thankful.
There is nothing more important than being and feeling healthy.
Your body is the most important vehicle that you will ever have.
Take care of it.
Do all you can, like exercise, drink enough water and eat nutritiously, to name a few.
Make a commitment to your self to always be kind and to put into action all that aligns with your truth, your likes and dislikes with exercise and healthy foods.
