Sometimes you have to be who you are not in order to know who you are.

Dating online can definitely give you that arena where you can figure out what it is that you are really looking for in a mate. As well as getting clear on what it is you do not want in a mate and will not compromise on.

A really great way to approach online dating is, " Let's see if we can have fun and get along?" As opposed to, "Is this the one?" each time you communicate with someone.

There are different reasons for different people on why they are on an online dating website. Some are looking for 'the one', some are looking for sex, some are looking for an affair, some are looking for someone to start a relationship with and to share their life. Probably many more reasons.

Each one of these reasons creates a different reality. What you put out comes back at you like a boomerang. Are your intentions coming from your higher self or are they being created with a lower vibration?

Feminine Essence of who you are

Feminine energy is a very beautiful and powerful force in this world. There is nothing more breath taking than being out in nature and seeing an awesome view out in nature. For men (and women) it's being around the essence of a radiant woman, open, free flowing and grounded in her presence that catches your attention.

I would like to emphasize this point for women to know their beauty and the value in embracing their femininity. To really step into their feminine authentic power, embracing it for all it is worth and living from this place of honoring and valuing themselves first. Anything or anyone that does not honor, value and support you in your life's purpose no longer gets to come along.

This free flowing love that you are, is to be open, free and integrated through everyday living. This is the way to fulfilling our deepest heart yearning, not by someone outside ourselves, but from within.

Masculine Essence of Who You Are

A man that has evolved into his most desirable masculine essence is courageous, purposeful, directed, confident, living his chosen life path with deep integrity and humor. He is present, sensitive, spiritually enlivened, with a heart committed dedication to discovering and living his deepest truth.

You are always searching for release from constraint to experience the freedom on the other side. You do this through financial "killings", or sports events with the hopes of "killing" the other team.

Do you have a feminine or masculine essence?

We all have a feminine and masculine side to us. You may be primarily feminine and have a varying degree of masculine energy with in you and visa versa.

I think this is a good time to tell you from which unique point of view I will be writing from.

I am aware that I am a very independent feminine female, that is a heterosexual caucasian with a college degree education.

I  used to be a Tom Boy growing up. You could not have kept me inside. All day long up until dusk I was climbing trees, catching minnows and organizing baseball games.

I have always prided myself in having an eclectic grouping of friends, never part of a clique and at the same time a good team player.

Not everyone that will be reading this will be coming from this background. This is what is exciting to me about all the possibilities and the different points of views on relationships and spiritual growth.

To help us speak our unique truths, learn from one another and bridge the gender gap in the name of equal voice, truth, honor and respect.

I do not claim to know everything, although I once went out on a date with someone that claimed he did know everything.A funny story. If you would like I will tell you later. You will have to tell your funny dating story first. Ha!

A good sense of humor in the dating world is key.

I so appreciate my precious relationships with men and women.

I believe relationships are what it is all about.

This is our sacred work here on Earth, to learn, to grow, to appreciate love so much more, as well as appreciating each others differences and sameness, to all get along, and enjoy your own and each others creations.

There are the creations you create on your own and there are the creations you create in unique relationship that becomes something so much bigger than the both of you could ever have imagined.

That this would never of happened if it were not for you meeting and your paths crossing.

Radiate Inner Health

The most important person here is you. There is nothing more important than putting you and your well being first. This is not selfish it is self full. As you radiate this inner health and vitality outward it also makes you very attractive to others, leaving them wanting to know your secrets.

By nurturing yourself from the inside out you create the time and energy you will need to get you through the day and build on a healthy whole you for your future. By fulfilling your needs first, you fill yourself up with all the energy needed to be able to give and share your gifts with others abundantly.

Exercise at least three times per week. The lack of exercise contributes to internal sluggishness and poor elimination, which in turn contributes to the feeling of low energy and may create skin problems.

Resistance and Persistance

What are you resisting?

This can cause you a lot of pain. With resistance is persistence. Feelings buried alive never die.

Where do you feel resistance in your body? Breathe into that. Relax and let go.

Accept what is and go with the flow?

This does not mean accept what is and stay stuck. If you find you are not liking the reflection, accept what is, become aware, do not judge or label it. Make a change, any change will do to make a difference.

It is very important to be gentle with your self here. It is what it is. Nothing more nothing less. Become a witness.

Change your perspective? Change your attitude? Just Be and observe in the moment?

The present is a gift. There is a lot to be learned?

This is the beginning of something new perhaps?

Relationships and Soul Destiny

Affairs of the heart have always been a mystery that we can not always figure out. Why is it that some relationships come into being and then fall apart?

As you open to focus on the soul of relationship you can begin to see how the soul works out its destiny through relationships of all kinds.

There is always a higher purpose reflecting back from all the various relationships coming and going in and out of your life that gives you vital information about who you really are. Especially those relationships that are most intimate. The unfolding of the soul is always perfect in the moment and you are always exactly where you need to be now.

A change in perception is a miracle.

When you look at the soul of relationship what may at first seem like something you would want to avoid turns out to be the very thing you needed to look at with in yourself, that it ends up changing your perception profoundly in that you never look at things the same again.

Dating and attraction

The experts say that if you do not take the time to work on your self first you will attract the same issues into your life through your next relationship. Like attracts like. The world reflects back at you exactly what you have going on in your own inner world. Nothing reflects this more than the relationships with the opposite sex or those you are intimately attracted to.

This is true in the online dating world as well. The perfect guy/gal funnels in, showing up in perfect timing and wants to communicate with you in cyberspace. This can trigger a lot of emotions that can guide you to knowing more of who you are and let go what is no longer serving you.

When I was online dating I noticed that people are there thinking that they are ready to date and be in a relationship when really they are not and end up self sabotaging any hopes of getting to know someone because of these unconscious buried feelings that have them reacting in ways that are counterproductive.

Drop your story and create what you desire.

Are you ready to give up your story?

Stories you say over again and again keep you in a holding pattern and prevent you from moving forward. These stories can be unconscious and unless you become aware of what you say, keep repeating themselves and keep you stuck. It is important to recognize your story or stories so you can break free and create what you desire.

Your story is something that all of us have. What it takes is an awareness that your powerful thoughts create your reality, in order to move forward making positive changes in your future.

An event happens in your life that causes a series of effects that we focus on over and over again. It is the negative stories that if anyone will listen we will say out loud, over and over in our head like a tape. These stories stay with you. They become habitual ways of relating to situations and experiences, many times driving your reactions.These stories support a deep patterning in our lives and prevent us from moving forward.

Stories are what we tell ourselves about why we are stuck…why our marriage did not work out, why the world is against us, why we are carrying 20 extra pounds. A lot of the times we are unconscious of them.

These stories may or may not be true, but we walk around acting as if they are, creating that, yet again. Stories are, after all, just energy. You are not your story. Your story is creating your reality in every moment.

It is about taking responsibility, "I am the creator of my life." It is a choice. This is not about being "right" or "wrong". It is about accountability: "My ability to account for why I'm attracting what I am attracting." Be curious and say, "I must of been offering a negative vibration that caused me to attract this negative experience." Stay curious. "Mmmm, isn't that curious. There it is bubbling up again. I thought I dealt with that, mmmm......." Make it a game with yourself. The ability to laugh at oneself is a valuable quality that keeps it light.

Step away and observe and ask yourself, is this really true? You may not have a lot of time, but why not? We need to go underneath the story and go deeper. Sometimes it takes the courage to get real and own your stuff to move through it to the other side where there is now clarity that exists for the first time.

Soul Mate self mastery

Soulmate (or soul mate), as per Wikipedia is a term sometimes used to designate someone with whom one has a feeling of deep and natural affinity, friendship, love, intimacy, sexuality, spirituality and/or compatibility.

A related concept is that of the twin soul which is thought to be the ultimate soulmate, the one and only other half of one's soul, for which all souls are driven to find and join. However, not everyone who uses these terms intends them to carry such mystical connotations.

When the whole idea of soul mate was brought to my attention, I thought, I do not believe that unless you meet your other half you will never be whole.

I believe you already are whole and perfect in your imperfections. How could our creator be wrong? Things just got clouded along the way as we started holding on to the lies and illusions of fear we believed to be true.

We need only to let go of the lies and remember that we are all beautiful, powerful, spiritual beings of eternal love and light. It is from this place that anything that does not align with this truth can be let go and does not get to come along.
